Occupational therapy session

Ages 2–9

Occupational Therapy

One-to-one sessions for fine motor, sensory processing and daily living skills.

Occupational Therapy is a one-to-one session that helps children improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills, promoting independence and confidence in everyday activities.

Our occupational therapists work closely with each child to build the skills they need for daily life, from handwriting and self-care to sensory regulation and play. Sessions are individualised to your child's goals and delivered in a supportive, engaging environment.

How it works

A plan built around your child

Sessions are delivered one-to-one and shaped around functional goals agreed with the family. Activities are play-based, purposeful and reviewed as the child progresses.
